Restaurant settings are important, you want to gain customers attention if you want to make sales & also to make the customers feel appreciated for them coming into the place & ‘voting with their feet’. To me a customer is a lifetime asset & they should be treated as one, doesn’t matter how much they spend ever little thing add up. Continued support & great customer service alongside with great presentation & food makes a business go round, especially in the hospitality industry.
